CC•DESIGNS Graphic & Brand Studio is committed to providing high-quality creative services and a professional client experience.

Custom Services

Due to the custom nature of branding, design, and creative services, completed work and deposits are generally non-refundable once work has begun.

Project Cancellations

Clients may cancel projects at any time.

If cancellation occurs before work begins, a refund may be issued.

If cancellation occurs after work has started, completed work and time already invested remain billable.

Retainer Services

Monthly partnership retainers may be canceled with written notice prior to the next billing cycle.

No refunds are issued for partially completed months once work has commenced.

Exceptional Circumstances

Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of CC•DESIGNS.
